General Overview

We have a 3 bedroom appartement in Marbella, very well located in a beautiful urbanization that feels like a jungle and has 5 pools, a gym and a sauna that you can use at your convenience. You can walk everywhere from the house, the beach is only four minutes away by foot and downtown/the beautiful old town of Marbella are 20 to 30 minutes walk. Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are only few minutes away by foot.

The Space

The appartement is located in a beautiful urbanization with a botanical huge garden and small waterfalls. It has a gym, sauna and five pools. The building is a 3 floor building with only two appartements by floor, and we are located at the last floor with an elevator. A parking space is also available when we're away, and if we're home, inside the urbanization there are uncovered parking spots.

Elevator available but there are around six steps to take the elevator, so it's not accessibility friendly.

Neighbourhood

in the urbanization itself, street side, you have a café, and two restaurant. Just next to the urbanization, you have a shop that stays open till 2am. only 3/4 minutes away you have many restaurants, Lidl and Carrefour and a gas station. A public beach is only 4 minutes away on foot and there you can find many Chiringuitos and a beautiful walk. The city center is 20 minutes away by foot and the old town is a 30 minutes walk (can be done on the beach, so a beautiful walk that we do everyday).

Getting to my home

Malaga Airport is 40 minutes away by car and bus. and a bus station for Marbella is located just in front of the urbanization.

Malaga airport is 40 minutes away by car. A bus can take you to the airport and leaves every hour.
