General Overview

Our house was built in 1925 and we have totally remodeled and modernized it. From our deck, we have expansive views to the south (downtown Seattle, including the historic Space Needle.) and to the east (the Capital Hill neighborhood). Our two-story house has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and two living rooms (one up-stairs with the view and we kept the original living room downstairs).

Peri et moi sommes allés en France plus d’une douzaine de fois. Il a des cousins français qui vivent à Lyon et près de Besançon. Nous sommes mariés depuis 35 ans et nous avons une fille adulte. Nous recherchons un séjour « à long terme » rester jusqu’à trois mois, car nous souhaitons améliorer notre français parlé et pour rencontrer de nouveaux amis ! Ce sera notre premier échange de maisons. Pendant notre séjour en France, nous ferons des visites en République tchèque. Peri et notre fille ont la double nationalité, car le père de Peri est né à Prague.
