650sqft / 59.5 sq meter.. 2-bedroom remodeled apartment, with full bath, kitchen, shared pool, parking and laundry. 2nd floor walk-up (stairs required). 10 minute walk to the beach. I bought a rundown 6-unit apartment complex in 2016 in an up and coming area - turned it into an Airbnb hotel with a life-long 4.9/5 rating.. Now it is all long-term rentals and it's time for me to go find my own adventures. We are in a location that is 10 minutes drive to everything the city can offer, 45 minute drive to the rainforest, with restaurants / beaches / parks / tennis court / basketball / volleyball / running track / skateboarding park / bars, grocery stores and banks all within easy walking distance. Right on the bus line for easy transit to Condado and Old San Juan, and Uber here is insanely cheap compared to mainland US or Europe. Smoking is permitted outside, but not inside the home. Location is a few buildings down from Plaza Loiza on Calle Loiza..

By air, head to SJU airport, then grab an Uber from there to my house, it's an 8 minute drive.

There are many restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store is 6 buildings over. For department stores / everything else - all options are roughly within a 10-minute drive of the home.

Hi there - mid-40s gay guy in Puerto Rico.. Was fortunate enough to build a career and make choices to give me a lot of freedom now. Working remotely part time, living and loving life with my 10-pound wiener dog, Mabel (surprisingly for the breed, she only barks with other dogs at the park).. Looking to explore the world, perhaps for my next long-term move.. But mostly just looking to see what the world offers. I just exited a 10-year 24hr a day on-call business, so finally looking to unplug (a little) and find my own adventures. Currently dating somebody in Madrid, so time on and off there would be great.. Hablo espanol mas o menos si necesitas eso :-). I would also need for the place to allow for at least 1 additional guest, so for long stays I may have somebody familiar come visit or stay. Of course all would be disclosed in advance. I have lived in and managed my Airbnb hotel for 10 years, I know how to support travelers (even the needy ones) and how to respect a home like it was mine.
