The entire first floor has been freshly updated and features an open-concept living and dining area, with lots of windows overlooking Clark Sound. The master bedroom suite includes a king bed, couch for lounging, TV, walk in closet, marble shower and soaker tub. Wake up to the beautiful view of Clark sound, and tidal creek water views throughout the entire first floor.  Windows abound offering natural light throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets that you will need, including a pantry with a washer and dryer. The coffee area sits next to a spacious dining area, with a table that opens up to seat 10. The two story living room and cozy sunroom offer very comfortable seating to relax. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a full bathroom, and a dedicated office with high-speed internet—perfect for working remotely while enjoying a true vacation setting.

Step outside to a large backyard that opens directly onto Clark Sound and into the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy morning coffee on the cushioned outdoor patio furniture, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening under the stars.  The nights when a full moon cascades its reflection upon the water is truly magical. You can also enjoy the 3 kayaks, 2 bikes and outdoor games like axe throwing & corn hole, in addition to a cabinet of indoor board and card games inside the house.

Hello! My husband and I are newly empty-nesters. We live in beautiful Charleston, SC and would love to do a home exchange for one month in Europe where temperatures are moderate or warm. Both of us work remotely so reliable internet is important. We would love a location within walking distance to a bakery/shops/city center.
