It’s located in a very friendly and safe neighborhood. We are located 10 min from the beach, 20 min from Disneyland, and 40 min from Los Angeles. Perfect location for a Southern California vacation.

The Space

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home has central A/C and heating for comfort. There is a spacious back yard with patio and grass area. There are all amenities needed including washer, dryer and dishwasher.  Rey family friendly with toys and games.

Single floor. Easy access, no stairs.

Notes

Neighbors are friendly and if you ever need anything, my brother and parents live in the neighborhood for help anytime you need. Optional cleaning service on Wednesdays with laundry.

It’s the US so you will need a car to get around or Uber/Lyft. We have a luxury van with car seats/booster seats to borrow.

Getting Around

We are a 20 min walk from shops. The reality is that a car is 100% needed to get anywhere outside the neighborhood. We also have bicycle to borrow.
