General Overview

At the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort, the free shuttle is across street. Enjoy easy access to skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking and mountain biking in the summer, from this perfectly located home base!

The Space

Our condo is small but cozy, with a comfortable living room area with gas fireplace, lots of morning sun, and an attached kitchen and dining room. The space is perfect for four people.  Our kitchen is very well equipped, and we have made every effort to provide everything that you could need.  The master bedroom is spacious and has a walk through closet to a private bathroom.  The second bedroom is at the opposite end of the condo and has an open sink area with private toilet and shower.

Guest Access

We are on the third and top floor of our condominium development, therefore there are stairs to climb, but no noise from above.

Notes

We have space for two vehicles to park in the parking lot directly outside.  Any vehicle will need to be registered with the Home Owners Association (HOA).

Neighbourhood

You'll be at the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort. The exceptional location means that you can get fully dressed for skiing or riding, walk across the street, and take the free 10-minute shuttle directly to Beaver Creek village, and lifts.
This is one of the best locations in Avon for hiking, skiing, boating, or fishing the Eagle River or Nottingham Lake, and enjoying the Vail Valley! 

Our condo home is situated on the west end of Avon, directly across the street from the free Beaver Creek Resort 10-minute ski shuttle (Bear Lot) to take you to skiing, summer chairlifts, hiking, biking, shopping, and restaurants.

The Avon restaurant/town shuttle is also just across the street. It's a 15-minute drive or a free bus ride to Vail (bus stop is just across the street). This is great for couples, business travelers, and solo adventurers——or those wanting a quick and easy getaway from the Front Range (or further!).

The Westin Riverfront Gondola is visible out the living room door. If you're an early riser, watch the sun rise over Vail's Game Creek Bowl!

Avon's pleasant bike/walking path is just down by the Eagle River. It's a perfect place to escape, or get you to the Avon Recreation Center on the other side of Nottingham Lake. You can also take the bike/walking path along Nottingham Lake (with spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain). 

The popular Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek is a free ten-minute bus ride up the hill and always has top-notch shows and musical performances. Flyfish or raft the Eagle River on the other side of the parking lot steps away.

Across the street at the Westgate Plaza is a liquor store, fly fishing store,  salon, and the popular Agave Restaurant.

Fifteen minutes to the east is Vail, along with the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, where you can take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances.

Nearest airport

Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is a half hour drive away, or 26 miles.  Denver International Airport (DEN) is around a two hour drive away, or 134 miles.

Getting Around

To Vail: eaglecounty.us (or call 328-3520) and click on Bus Schedules and select Highway 6 – local service between Edwards and Vail via Highway 6 (the Hwy6 + Bear Lot stop is kiddie corner on the other side of the stoplight).

To Avon: avon.org  (or call 748-4120) and click on Bus Schedule (the Westgate Plaza stop is across the street to the east).
