General Overview

Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

Hi there! My name is TJ and I am a new empty nester to an amazing kiddo who just started his freshman year. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a garden that feeds more birds, bunnies and bees than it does me, but we're working on that. I am a social worker by training, very community connected and focused, and plant-based for over 40 years.
