It has a magnificent and very rare staircase from the 15th century worthy of the most beautiful fortified castles. Its garden, its summer kitchen and its patio under a magnificent glass roof will allow you to enjoy beautiful moments outdoors in a barbecue atmosphere, brazier, idleness and cocooning, according to your desires! 
Its ideal location allows you to access all amenities within a radius of 200 meters and the most beautiful beaches in the area are 10 minutes away by car.

The Space

The house consists of 4 levels.  
You will find a large kitchen with an American fridge, a large gas stove with two ovens, a large dining room with a view of the garden, a large patio covered with a glass roof that will allow you to enjoy a cozy terrace open to the garden. 

The very warm living room is equipped with a large TV with home cinema, two sofas, 3 armchairs and a magnificent billiard table. It is totally independent from the kitchen and dining room, which makes it a very quiet and relaxing place.  

The night area is upstairs with 4 beautiful bedrooms, an office, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a King size double bed. 2 bedrooms have a mezzanine, one which offers a relaxation area with a sofa bed underneath and a double bed above, the other which offers a double bed above, a small extra bed that can even be placed underneath in the play area or on the mezzanine of your choice. The play area is a very cosy hidden space with a real breeding of horses of all kinds!  
The last bedroom offers a large double bed with a television. On this floor there is also an office and a bathroom with double sinks and bathtub but there is also the possibility of making a shower. 
There are a multitude of books available in the bedrooms, the office and the living room. The house is equipped with wifi. 
On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also a fully equipped gym (weight training, treadmill) to keep you in shape and a dedicated video game area as well as a darts and shuffleboard. The gym should only be used with indoor shoes as in any gym. 

On this level there is also accommodation that we rent or exchange occasionally, this does not interfere with our daily life in any way. Guests will simply appreciate that billiard balls do not frequently fall on the floor;)

Possibility of providing a master suite with bathroom and toilet on an independent floor. 

You can also enjoy the summer kitchen and its plancha for your barbecues in the garden.  

The independent garage of the house allows you to fit two cars, you will find a ping pong table, 2 3-seater kayaks and 5 bicycles that you can use to discover our magnificent coast of legends. 

Possibility to trade in our cars, we have a Mustang E. 

The gate is an electric gate, you will have at your disposal several remote controls as well as a key box with a remote control in case you forget. 

We have a cat who has his amenities in the laundry room, Rubis only asks for food and drink, she also loves cuddles.

hidden and will make you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. All amenities are accessible within a radius of 100 meters. The beaches are a 10 minute drive away.  
The town of Lesneven is a historic town with beautiful monuments, walks in the forest or on the seaside are quickly accessible. 

To visit absolutely: The Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the village of Meneham, the village of Locronan, the largest market in Europe of Lesneven, the coast of legends, Roscoff, the island of Batz, the island of Ouessant, the Conquet, the 39-45 memory museum in a real Blockauss, and so on... 
For hiking lovers, the GR 34 is a magnificent hiking trail that goes from Mont Saint-Michel to Saint-Nazaire, more than 2000 kms on almost the entire coast of the Brittany region. 
The coast offers wonderful spots for lovers of board sports and diving.

We are a couple with two teenagers who are already used to exchanging on another platform. 
We are non-smokers and very respectful, we have renovated this historic house and furnished it with furniture full of history, found and restored by us as well. We would be delighted to share it with you.
