General Overview

We live in a beautiful 85 m² Haussmannian apartment overlooking the Luxembourg Gardens, in one of the most special settings in Paris. The flat has two bedrooms, one for us and one for our children, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, both recently renovated. The living room looks directly over the Luxembourg Gardens, and from our balcony we can see the Eiffel Tower and watch the sunset over Paris in the evening. The apartment, beautifully Haussmannian, is bright, elegant and very comfortable. The living room also has air conditioning, which is still quite rare in Paris.
