General Overview

Our home is a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Hope Island, located within a secure gated community on the northern Gold Coast. Downstairs is the main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area and main bedroom + ensuite, while upstairs you'll find two bedrooms along with a second lounge/living area and full bathroom, providing plenty of space for families to spread out and relax. The house has ducted air-conditioning throughout, a double lock-up garage and an EV charger available for guests travelling with an electric vehicle. One of the best features of staying here is the golf buggy, which is included for your use. Hope Island is very golf-buggy friendly, so you can leave the car at home and take the buggy to nearby shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, as well as into Sanctuary Cove for waterfront dining, shopping or drinks. Within our gated complex, guests also have access to the resort-style swimming pool and tennis court, making it an easy place to spend a relaxing day without having to go anywhere. The home is pet-friendly, with dogs very welcome, and the secure community makes it a great option for families travelling with pets. We're conveniently located for exploring the Gold Coast, with Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island on the doorstep and easy access to the Gold Coast's beaches, theme parks, restaurants and attractions. It's a comfortable family home in a great location, but what really makes it special for a holiday is the lifestyle — pool, tennis, golf buggy, restaurants and pubs nearby, and everything you need for a relaxed Gold Coast Christmas break.

We’re a married couple with a 13-year-old daughter, looking for a relaxing coastal getaway in New South Wales over the Christmas period for a minimum of five nights. We’ll be travelling with our much-loved small pups — a French Bulldog and Mini Poodle — so we’re particularly interested in a secure, pet-friendly home near the beach. In return, we can offer our comfortable home in Hope Island Resort on the northern Gold Coast (gated community with security, tennis courts and pool) Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a double lock-up garage, with plenty of space for a couple or family. Pets are very welcome. We also include the use of our golf buggy, making it easy — and fun — to get around locally to shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as nearby Sanctuary Cove. Hope Island is a fantastic place to spend Christmas, with waterfront dining, marinas, golf courses and resorts nearby, while the Gold Coast beaches and major attractions are only a short drive away. We’re flexible with dates over the Christmas/New Year period and are looking for a stay of at least five nights somewhere along the NSW coast.
