Welcome to our modern farmhouse, built in 2021 and designed with families in mind. Our home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a spacious 4-car garage, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. 

Set on one peaceful acre at the end of a quiet dead-end road, you'll enjoy privacy, mountain views, and some of the best neighbors you could ask for. Our small town is safe, friendly, and the perfect place to experience Northern Utah.

We're just minutes from three world-class ski resorts and only about 20 minutes from the venue that will host the downhill skiing events for the 2034 Winter Olympics. Downtown Ogden is just a 20-minute drive away, offering a vibrant historic district with excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, breweries, farmers markets, live music, and family-friendly events throughout the year.
