The location is hard to beat. The building is 17 floors high, with residential apartments on the upper levels, and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of Berlin’s iconic Fernsehturm (TV Tower) at Alexanderplatz.

My home is quiet, cozy and comfortable — a lovely place to come back to after a day of exploring the city. It has a relaxed, homely atmosphere and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is especially nice for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening while taking in the Berlin skyline.

Despite being in such a central location, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat from the energy of the city. Berlin is right outside the door, but you can still come home and slow down.

It’s an ideal base for discovering Berlin on foot, with cafés, restaurants, galleries, shops, nightlife and many of the city’s most famous sights all within easy reach.

My home is a quiet and cozy place, and I really appreciate keeping it that way. The building is residential and the neighbours are mostly families and people who enjoy a peaceful home environment.
