General Overview
Our home is a bright and comfortable loft-style apartment in the beautiful historic town of La Granja de San Ildefonso, at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park.
We love the peaceful feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being within walking distance of the town center, the Royal Palace and Gardens, restaurants, shops, and hiking trails.
The municipal swimming pool is located just below the property, making it perfect for families during the summer months. In winter, the central heating keeps the apartment warm and cozy after a day exploring the mountains or visiting nearby Segovia.
This is our second home, so it is generally available throughout the year and always kept ready to welcome guests. It is an ideal base for families, hikers, cyclists, nature lovers, and anyone looking to experience an authentic and less touristy side of Spain.
The Space
The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. What makes it truly special are the stunning 270° panoramic views over meadows, forests, and mountains. We also have two balconies where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and changing scenery throughout the seasons.
Guest Access
Guests will need a physical key to enter the apartment. We will provide detailed arrival instructions before your stay. Depending on arrival times, we can arrange key handover in person or through a secure key collection method.

Getting to my home
Our home is easy to reach while still offering a peaceful mountain setting.
Madrid-Barajas International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car. The nearest high-speed rail station is Segovia-Guiomar, just 20 minutes away, with excellent AVE connections to Madrid and other Spanish cities.
Regular bus services connect La Granja de San Ildefonso with Segovia, and the nearest bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment.

Getting Around
Our apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of La Granja de San Ildefonso, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the town centre.
