General Overview

You may wonder why the Wow! Well, I'll tell you: All the families who come come in with a smile and are amazed by the sea views... Wow! Also most say that it is bigger than it looks in the photos, so imagine... Wow! It is 110m2 and the children are ironing on the sofas or on the giant 180cm bed. Ideal for couples or families of up to 4. Floor 11 out of 14, so it's quiet at night to rest after a day at the beach or pool.

The Space

It is a 110m2 apartment ideal for family holidays of 2 to 4 people or for business trips. It is on the 11th floor of a total of 14 floors. The sea views are breathtaking from its windows and from the terrace. It has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed (180cm). Inside is the bathroom. The living-dining room is huge and has two very comfortable sofa beds, both to sit peacefully and watch 43" TV (with Chromecast so you don't miss your favorite series), and to sleep on them. Open they become 140cm beds. The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for the stay (cutlery, microwave, electric juicer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. It also has 600Mb fiber internet-wifi. Bed linen and towels are included and are necessary for the stay. There is also a clothesline, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Guest Access

It is in a gated community and has an indoor parking space. It is a 14-storey building, with 6 elevators. The apartment is located in Torrequebrada, just 50 meters from the beach. A communal outdoor lift facilitates the descent to street level and from there you just have to cross and descend the access stairs to enjoy the beach on the many sunny days we have here. The common areas are very large: gardens, ponds, 2 huge swimming pools and one for children, with lifeguard and with the possibility of a sun lounger, toilets and showers. A beach bar and a paddle court that can be reserved for your use. The pool is normally open from June 15th to September 15th (may change depending on weather and demand).
