General Overview

We live in an older well kept apartment building in mid town Toronto, a 2 minute walk from charming Forest Hill Village. While the building is large it is quiet and very friendly. We have a gym, sauna and indoor pool. We have a large 2 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor with a south eastern view - you can see Lake Ontario and also downtown including the CN Tower. We have an underground parking spot and there is a self serve car wash in the parking garage. Fantastic neighbourhood! Quiet street with easy streetcar and subway access. Can walk to Forest Hill Village with bookshop, restaurants, cafes, market and liquor store. Close to Loblaws grocery store and many other shops, bakeries, etc. Wychwood Barns weekend farmers market about 10 minute walk away. Many cultural events nearby. Large park 2 minutes away as well as connecting parks along the ravine system.

The Space

Apartment is currently set up as a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large bedroom set up as home office. Second bathroom with tub. Living room, dining and kitchen. Laundry on 2nd floor. Can provide great quality queen air mattress and bedding for other short term guests. New to this so please feel free to ask questions!

Sandy

We are a professional couple. Sandy works from home and can work anywhere in Canada. Steve’s work is hybrid and he is semi retired (will be fully retired in April 2027!).
