General Overview

It's a 3 bedroom house with a study. The porch, ground floor bedroom and utility were recently updated while the rest of the house is older but functional. The house on the whole is warm and welcoming. Outside we have a garden that has a swing sofa and a lovely tree house. The garden leads to the Cherry Hinton brook that is always cool at 10°C and clear as gin. It's refreshing to put your feet in and peaceful to watch.
