Our 3-story townhome is ideal for adults and older children. It is contemporary and comfortable, and has many amenities.
Note: 4 bathrooms have been remodeled. Now have a spa shower and jacuzzi tub. Photos coming soon.
The space
Main level has eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, living room with bay window, dining room with large teak wood table, and half bathroom off of entrance hallway.
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress, ensuite with spa shower, separate vanity, and a large screen smart tv. Bedroom 2 has a double plush mattress and is next to a full bath with a whirlpool tub. Bedroom 3 is currently being used as an office. Use it for remote work, or it can be fitted with a plush air mattress upon request.
The lower level has a sofa with two zero gravity recliners, a double pull-out bed and full bath. This bright walkout basement features a large screen 4K smart tv, gym equipment, and board games. It is a fun, private hangout for older kids/teens, who love to lounge on the two super-comfy couches.
Sliding glass doors in the basement open to a small private patio surrounded by trees. Fire up the barbeque and mini-firepit. Relax in our outdoor living space: a screened-in canopy with area rug, string lights, dining table & double glider.
