Lisa & David
We are Lisa and David, a warm, responsible couple from the Washington, DC area. Lisa is an English professor, and David is a human rights lawyer.
Since 2016, we have completed 10 successful home exchanges, all wonderful experiences. We enjoy discovering new places and cultures through local living and value the connections that develop through sharing our homes. Our travel group usually consists of the two of us; sometimes our adult sons, Nicolas and Jake, will join us.
As experienced homeowners and home exchangers, we understand the importance of clear communication. We'll care for your home as if it were our own and leave it sparkling clean.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
