Our home is a lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1777, in the middle of the Schneebergland, about an hour's drive from Vienna - surrounded by 6,000 m² of garden with pond, old trees and forests. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms offer space for families, plus a sauna and swimming biotope for relaxation and romping. Our own spring supplies us with pure water, and thanks to Starlink Wi-Fi, we are well connected to the Internet despite the lack of cell phone reception - a place free of electrosmog and distraction, but with a breathtaking starry sky at night.

> We are located in a still largely undiscovered corner of Lower Austria that has been spared from mass tourism - and yet imposing mountains such as Schneeberg and Rax as well as lakes such as Lake Erlauf are easily accessible. Excursions to the picturesque Höllental are also quickly made from here. Thanks to the altitude, there is often snow here when there is none to be seen elsewhere - the Bürgeralpe and Gemeindealpe ski areas in Mariazell are easily accessible and invite you to ski and toboggan in winter.
