Welcome to our light-filled apartment in "The Louise" building, newly built and inspired by surrounding historic art deco apartment buildings.
We have a large master bedroom and ensuite with standalone bath, and a large guest bedroom with separate bathroom down the hall.
Located on the 13th floor, the living area flows from kitchen to dining to sitting, facing floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Albert Park Lake and Port Phillip Bay. Facing west, we enjoy spectacular sunsets from the living room or the adjacent balcony.
The Louise is brilliantly located on Melbourne's St Kilda Road, just 5kms from the centre of the city. There are multiple trams right outside, with with easy connections to Victoria's train system.
Our 'Goldilocks'-sized building (not too big but not too small) has a residents lounge on the ground floor, a gym, steam room and small pool. There is a conciege on duty 5 days a week.
We have 2 underground carparks on the first basement level of the building.

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
