General Overview

Our apartment is sunny 2-3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, two outdoor areas and a separate alfresco area off the third bedroom which we use as a study. The kitchen is only 2 years old with Neff appliances There is a frameless glass closed balcony area off the living room which we use as our dining area. It's quite a unique apartment with an external keyed gate with an outdoor shower. It's a short walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, shops,the library, local pool, restaurants and the river. We loved it!

I'm an active seniors from the Sunshine Coast in Australia. My husband and I are keen travellers. Our apartment is only 450 metres from.Maroocydore beach and we love the location and our great ground floor apartment with two large outdoor areas. We are looking to swap with someone in Oahu) preferably near Kailua as we are coming over to do some care for our first grandchild. We plan more travel in the future and are eager to explore the world whilst we are able. We are new to this platform but my profile on Airbnb will show I am reliable, careful and considerate with other people homes. When we have rented our place it's obvious not everyone takes this care.
