General Overview

Calm little garden apartment near Lake Balaton Welcome to our calm little SportBalaton Apartment in Balatonudvari, a charming village on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. Our apartment is a cosy, open-plan, air-conditioned studio apartment, ideal for couples, or for 2 adults travelling with a small child or baby. It can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. The apartment is 20 sqm and has a private entrance, a separate bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a comfortable double bed in one open living space. A third guest, usually a child, can sleep on a foldable extra bed, or we can provide a travel cot for a baby upon prior arrangement. One of the things we love most about the apartment is its private little terrace and direct access to a small garden. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a quiet breakfast, or a relaxed evening after a day by the lake. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. The apartment also has air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions. Free street parking is available in front of the apartment or nearby. Please note that the parking area is public and not located in a closed private courtyard. The apartment is in a convenient location: the beach is about 850 metres away, a small local grocery shop is around 400 metres away, and during the summer season there are three restaurants at the beach. A local wine shop, Vinotéka, is also about 850 metres from the apartment. For guests arriving with a small child, we can provide a travel cot, high chair, step stool, toilet seat reducer and some children’s toys upon request. By prior arrangement, we can also help arrange leisure sailing, bicycle rental and boat fishing opportunities, so our guests can enjoy Lake Balaton and the surrounding area even more fully. These services are available for an additional fee.
