On two levels, our residence has large windows that immerse us in nature. On a very intimate site, on the water's edge of a small lake, fairly large land with different contemplation points and private hiking trails. There are four distinct seasons, each with its own charm. Winter can reach minus 20, minus 25 degrees. In summer plus 20 to plus 30 degrees.

The Space

This is a contemporary, open-concept home. Maximum light and visibility on the nature that surrounds the house. There is a large closed bedroom with 180 degree views, full bathroom. On the garden level there is a Murphy bed with full bathroom and a sauna. A home theater, cold room and mechanical room

A garden level and a ground floor. There are steps for these two levels.

Neighbourhood

There is only nature directly around the house. A campfire area, a beautiful sunset area, hiking trails for summer and winter. The whole thing is totally private on a 1 million square foot (93,000 square meter) lot. The village and some services (grocery store, gas station and convenience store are 7 minutes away by car).

Getting to my home

A car is required to get around here. In winter, an all-wheel-drive car is practically mandatory.
