We love it here and can’t wait for you to experience it! It’s a quiet, sunny, spacious and well appointed sanctuary nestled in the most convenient part of Manhattan. There’s a beautiful park right on our block and you’re a five minute walk from eight different train lines at Union Square Station that get you anywhere you want to go in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the other boroughs. You’re also five minutes from New York’s most famous farmers market (four days a week) and plenty of other amenities like grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The building also has a gym and furnished roof deck. It’s a quiet neighborhood and building. Bike rental available half a block away. We are strictly pet-free, party-free, smoke-free.
