General Overview

This 3-bedroom chalet is perfect for your escape to one of the not yet famous pearls of the catalan coast. A 9,000sqf parcel in a quiet and secure suburb 5min drive from the village of Ametlla de Mar (one of the best spots for foodies with award-winning wild tuna farm in town). It’s 10-min walk to an amazing small beach (Cala Forn) with its own “chiringuito”.

The Space

The house has 3 bedrooms and two dinning spots, a BBQ, an open kitchen and a top-noch pingpong table (with a micro pickleball kit included). The private big garden with a pool with a swimming lane includes a studio-office by the pool, which is ideal to work or to enjoy the media center without bothering people sleeping in the bedrooms. You can also sleep in the studio with the aircon if it’s too hot but the house is fresh and includes 5 ceiling fans. The hi-fi is wired throughout the house so you can listen to music even in the bathroom and there's a small selection of alternative classics in vinyl. The media center in the studio also has a hi-fi to enjoy music and a full cinematic experience.

We have 2 bikes to get to the village in 10min, by car it’s 5 but the beach at 10min walk and a big supermarket at 5, makes it easy not to visit the village except for the excepcional restaurants.

Oscar

We are Raquel and Oscar, a couple originally from Barcelona, Spain.
