General Overview

Welcome to my modern 55 m² apartment, built in 2014, in central Liljeholmen, Stockholm. The apartment is bright, quiet and comfortable, with a spacious balcony where you can relax after a day exploring the city. It includes a modern bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is one of its biggest advantages. The metro, tram and buses are just a 2-minute walk away. Hornstull on Södermalm is only one metro stop (about one minute), or you can walk across the bridge in around 7 minutes. Stockholm Central Station is just a few minutes away by metro, and there are excellent connections to the airport. Within walking distance you’ll find Liljeholmstorget Galleria, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops, pharmacies, gyms and all the services you need. The area also offers beautiful waterfront promenades, parks, outdoor swimming areas in summer, and excellent walking and cycling paths. I’m looking for one guest or a quiet couple (maximum two people) who will take great care of my home. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, as smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the balcony.

Everything you need is just outside the door. You’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, shopping, gyms and all everyday services within a few minutes’ walk. The area offers beautiful waterfront promenades, parks, outdoor swimming areas during the summer, running and cycling paths, and plenty of green spaces to relax. It’s the perfect combination of city life and nature. Public transport is excellent. The metro, tram and several bus lines are only a 2-minute walk away. Hornstull on Södermalm is just one metro stop (about 1 minute), or you can simply walk across the bridge in around 7 minutes.
