Jaime Javier
Hi! My name is Jaime and I’m a 42-year-old teacher from Sweden. I work as a special education teacher in mathematics and love travelling and experiencing new cultures.
I live on my own and enjoy a calm and active lifestyle. In my free time I like working out, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors. I’m a non-smoker, very clean and tidy, and I always treat other people’s homes with great care and respect.
I’m looking for a longer stay in central Berlin, ideally between 3 months and up to a year, so I can experience the city like a local.
I hope we can arrange a great exchange, and I look forward to hearing from you!
My apartment is located in central Stockholm, in the modern and highly sought-after Liljeholmskajen/Liljeholmen area. Everything you need is just outside the door. You’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, shopping, gyms and all everyday services within a few minutes’ walk.
The area offers beautiful waterfront promenades, parks, outdoor swimming areas during the summer, running and cycling paths, and plenty of green spaces to relax. It’s the perfect combination of city life and nature.
Public transport is excellent. The metro, tram and several bus lines are only a 2-minute walk away. Hornstull on Södermalm is just one metro stop (about 1 minute), or you can simply walk across the bridge in around 7 minutes. Stockholm Central Station is only a few minutes away by metro, and there are convenient connections to the airport.
I’m looking for one guest or a quiet couple (maximum two people) who will take excellent care of my home. My apartment is strictly non-smoking, as smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the balcony. I welcome clean, respectful and responsible guests who will treat my home as if it were their own.
