Nearest airport

Hawkes Bay Airport is 8.8 km, or a 12 minute drive away, with direct connecting flights to and from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Getting Around

A car is necessary to travel around Hawke’s Bay, although there is a bus stop 20 minutes walk away where you can catch a bus to Napier, Hastings or Havelock North.

Lyndsey

Kia Ora! We are Mark and Lyndsey from Napier, New Zealand. Mark is a recently retired manufacturing manager and Lyndsey is a teacher of the vision impaired. We have three adult children (and one young grandson) who live in different parts of New Zealand, and an extended family in the UK, where we are originally from. Since Mark retired, we have moved back to Napier from Auckland, and are loving living in Hawke’s Bay again. We have previously had 5 wonderful house swaps, but are new to People Like Us. We are keen to rekindle our love of travel and continue this when we are both retired in the years ahead. We take pride in our home and will leave your home at least as clean and tidy as we find it. We respectfully ask that our visitors do the same.
