General Overview

Our home is in a hidden gem of a neighborhood: quiet, close to town, forests all around. Four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a huge back deck to hang out on. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, an on-suite (tiny) bathroom; a kids room with 2 twin beds a spare room with a queen size bed and a play room with a twin daybed.

Hello from beautiful Bellingham, WA! Having lived a little bit of everywhere in my young adulthood, my husband and I decided to settle down back in the PNW when we found out we were expecting twins in 2021. Bellingham is an outdoor paradise: our neighborhood backs up to the Samish Crest Trails (mountain bike straight to Galbraith), is 2 miles to our coffee-foodie-brewery filled downtown and in between two freshwater lakes (Padden and Whatcom). We can’t get enough of the Sea and are frequently down at the many family friendly waterfront parks, or make a drive up to the stunning Mt Baker for hiking or skiing. My twin girls are almost 5 now, and our little adventurers are ready to get out there and see more beyond our corner of the world. I’ve only home exchanged with friends of friends, and I loved it. I joined People Like Us to share our home, see the world with my family and make amazing friends along the way (a friend told me this is really the best community!).
