Each bedroom has its own new air-conditioning unit and hot-water heater, and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Relax on the private, enclosed balcony with comfortable seating. Washing machine on-site (no dryer), and strong, reliable WiFi throughout. The building has passenger and freight elevators, a rooftop pool, and 24-hour security guards, so you'll feel comfortable and looked after throughout your stay. The location is the real draw: you're within walking distance of Makati's best bars and restaurants, with a 5-minute drive to Rockwell, 10 minutes to Greenbelt and Glorietta, and 30 minutes to NAIA airport. A weekly cleaner is included; daily cleaning can be arranged on request (at your own cost).

Notes

Great home base if you want to spend a few months exploring the local islands or use as a hub for extended travel in Southeast Asia. This apartment is located in the Poblacion area, which is very busy and high-activity at night. Please do your research, but I will provide further insight when you enquire about availability. The unit is five stories high, with double-paneled windows. I also feel the aircon and a noise-machine drowns out the below noise. Holidays are particularly active, so expect fireworks and street parades during select holidays.
