The Residence

Welcome to our home in Puerto Vallarta's vibrant Versalles neighborhood. This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence was created by combining two condominiums into one, giving you over 2,400 square feet (222 m²) of beautifully designed living space. Large windows fill the home with natural light, while two private terraces, framed by mature trees, provide peaceful places to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring dual rain showers, a jetted soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family, friends, or remote work, with built-in workspaces in two of the bedrooms and fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Whether you're visiting for a week or settling in for a month, we've designed our home to be comfortable, functional, and easy to enjoy.

The Building

Hidden Park Residences is an boutique community with just 33 homes, offering the feel of a luxury resort without the crowds. Guests enjoy a heated rooftop infinity pool with ocean views, jacuzzi, fitness center, on-site Pilates studio, massage room, co-working library, indoor lounge, barbecue area, and 24-hour security.

The Neighborhood

Versalles has become one of Puerto Vallarta's most sought-after neighborhoods, even earning a spot on Time Out's list of the World's Coolest Neighborhoods. It's known as the city's culinary district, where you'll find everything from neighborhood taco stands and bakeries to award-winning restaurants—all within easy walking distance.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, while Zona Romántica, Marina Vallarta, and the airport are all about a 15-minute drive. Although everything you need is nearby, Uber and taxis are plentiful and inexpensive if you'd rather not walk.

Good to Know

- Our home is completely smoke-free, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes.
- We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accommodate pets because of severe allergies.
- Hidden Park is a quiet residential community, so parties, events, and excessive noise are never permitted.
- Weekly housekeeping is included for longer stays.

The Space

The primary bedroom has a Mexican King. You'll find a Mexican queen bed in each guest bedroom.

Guest Access

Stairs are required to enter the lobby of the building. We are on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.

Getting to my home

Getting to our home is easy and convenient. Puerto Vallarta’s Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) is approximately a 15–20 minute drive away. The simplest option is a taxi or rideshare service, with airport taxis available directly outside the terminal. Uber is also widely available in Puerto Vallarta and is usually a more affordable option (you’ll need to walk a short distance outside the airport pickup area to meet your driver). Private airport transfers can also be arranged in advance if preferred.

Getting Around

Our home is located in Versalles, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its restaurants, cafés, markets, and local atmosphere. Once you arrive, most daily needs are within walking distance, and Uber/taxis make exploring the rest of Puerto Vallarta easy.

We love travel and the feeling of truly understanding a place—not just visiting it. In 2025, we made a big move and immigrated to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico 🌴.  Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to call a variety of places home, including Savannah, Georgia; Maui, Hawai‘i; and Chicago, Illinois.

We’re an active family and enjoy spending our days hiking, biking, running, practicing yoga, exploring a neighborhood or soaking up time at the beach. We frequently work while traveling, so  strong WiFi and a workspace are important. A perfect day for us might include a morning bike tour, a leisurely brunch, a museum visit or beach afternoon, and a quiet evening at home. 

We value calm, clean spaces, smoke-free spaces and treat every home with care and respect, just as we hope others will do with ours.
