General Overview

Located at the end of a cul de sac down a long driveway with a few neighbours. We enjoy peace and quiet but close to Auckland city 10kms away. Located amongst native trees and often visiting native birds. Ths two level house is also built on poles on a 45deg piece of land therefore NOT ideal for children.

The Space

Extensive balconies surround the top level where you drive onto the car deck and includes a bedroom, half bathroom lounge and dining area. Downstairs is another lounge, Bedroom, full bathroom and laundry area.
