My little slice of paradise is by the sea. Nestled in beautiful Papamoa Beach, my home is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Whether you’re watching the sunrise over the ocean, wandering along kilometres of golden sand, or relaxing in the peaceful garden with a morning coffee or evening wine, we hope you’ll feel the same sense of calm and happiness that I do every time I come home.

The Space

I offer 3 bedrooms.  All with quality linen. Main bedroom has a super king bed with its own bathroom. 2nd room has a queen and the 3rd fits a king single.
The home is sunny and warm with heat pump and gas fire for winter and ceiling fans and the heatpump with air conditioning for the summer months October - April.
A lovely fully fenced private outdoor garden area with tables and furniture. 
Modern appliances throughout the home including a laundry washing machine and dryer are available.
