General Overview

Our home is sunny all year, whether surrounded by snow or lush green trees- we are lucky enough to be in the minority of people who get the sun all year around. Close to the town center so you’re either a few minutes drive or 15 mins walk to the supermarkets and restaurants. Chamonix center is a 10 minute drive or train ride away so you can easily pop into the ‘bigger’ town.

The Space

Our house is humble but modern and comfortable. We have 1 double room and a ‘dogs’ bedroom too- it’s not really set up for humans. Open plan living space with mezzanine complete with big tv (perfect for the winter) and cat to cuddle. We have a huge garden- complete with hammock, veggie gardens, chickens and a stream, which overlooks the mont blanc massif and access to nature right on the door step. The house is warm and cozy in the winter but the big sliding windows and thick walls downstairs make it cool for the summer warmth. We have car parking spaces or, the bus and train are only 10/15 mins walk from the house.

Our 12 years old cat Misty will be in the house. She doesn’t need a lot but probably better you like cats 💛

Hi! We are a British, Turkish couple living in the French Alps with our fluffy cat, even fluffier dog and chickens. We will be looking for both synchronized and unsynchronized swaps. Our dog won’t ever be at home but our very easy going cat will be, and so will the chickens. But they come with great eggs! Mainly looking for European locations or, kite spots across the globe!
