General Overview

A special home in a special place that is light and lovely in all four seasons. Our newly built timber home has access to 130 acres of Green Mountain foothills, abutting Camel's Hump State Park and a cross country ski center. There are birds to spot in the meadow in the spring, berries to pick off the trails in the summer, astounding maple reds and birch golds in the autumn, and crisp white blankets of snow in the winter.

The Space

Open floor plan on first floor with full kitchen and half bath and access to back yard. Second floor has master bedroom, full bath, guest bedroom/office space, and nursery/third bedroom.

Guest Access

Two stories with bedrooms upstairs and large sleepable couch on first floor.

Notes

Wifi access is dependable and strong, but cell signal is not dependable in areas around the house (which can be a plus!). Home also has a retractable projection screen downstairs, a record player, firepit, and an outdoor shower.

Neighbourhood

Home is part of intentional community with shared ownership of 130 acres with trail access throughout the woodlands, over streams, and around the meadow. Close to Bolton and Mad River ski resorts.

Getting to my home

20 minutes off I-89 rom Richmond, VT, and 35 minutes from Burlington Airport. 4-wheel drive is necessary in the winter.

Nearest airport

35-minute drive from Burlington Airport (BTV).

Getting Around

Area is quite rural. Guests can bike 2.5 into Huntington center for basics, but anything beyond that will require a car.
