My apartment is located in East midtown a few blocks from the United Nations a very central location. Lots of restaurants and close to shops on Fifth Avenue window shopping. It’s a cozy and quiet home with charm and has a planted roof deck with a view of the Chrysler Building. A fully renovated one bedroom apartment with a chef’S kitchen. Filled with built in bookshelves and plenty of closet space. You’ll be sharing this idyllic space with my two sweet and chill orange tabby cats.

I live in midtown Manhattan with my two precious tabby cats Tartini and Mr Mel. I’m new to home exchange. I love living in the heart of NYC and enjoy theater, music museums and just all that the city offers. My spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath fully renovated apartment offers a spacious entry foyer, a chef’s kitchen with Viking and Miele appliances! It’s a cozy and very quiet apartment. There is a planted roof deck with open City views that is a wonderful place to have a glass of wine. I work in international development so travel a lot. I’m looking for an exchange with a cat person who is looking for a cat person to take care of their pets. A single woman or a couple would be ideal. I have a 24 hour doorman building.
