General Overview

Location, location, location! The apartment is situated in central Nicosia near all major shopping streets and minutes away from the old town. A very spacious top floor penthouse of 300 square meters finely decorated with modern furniture. The living room is quite spacious and has 2 very big corner couches, a big screen tv, a dining table and a vintage pinball machine (yes, we love playing pinball).. There's also a very big veranda of 100 square meters that has an outdoor sofa, 2 big armchairs, a table, a hammock and of lots of plants. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and any other appliances that you might need for your stay plus in a small room adjustent to the kitchen, there's an additional sink, a washer and a dryer. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a king size bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a single bunk bed and the fourth bedroom is used as a home offuce with wall to wall library, a desk with 2 chairs and a sofa that turns into a double bed. Upon request we can offer another single put-up bed, 2 put-up kid beds and a put-up baby bed. All rooms are equipped with a/c and heaters nd there's an elevator entrance in the living room. Our apartment is the only apartment on the whole top floor. Also, we have Netflix, high-speed internet and wifi, Playstation and a vintage Pinball machine. We have 2 very nice and well-behaved cats that prefer to stay at home as they get stressed when moved, so you would need to feed them. One is very shy but the other one is very friendly and once they get to know you and feel a little comfortable with you they will beg for petting. *We request a cleaning fee of €70 for non-reciprocal exchanges.
