Our comfortable three-bedroom home is located in Bothell, a peaceful suburb outside Seattle. It is a great base for families who want to explore Seattle and the beautiful Pacific Northwest while staying in a quieter residential area. The home has three bedrooms, including one room with two separate beds, making it especially convenient for families with children. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable living spaces, and a balcony with a lovely view. Bothell is close to parks, lakes, walking trails, restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities. From here, guests can enjoy day trips to Seattle, the mountains, the waterfront, and other destinations throughout the region. We have children, so the home is set up for family life. We also have a friendly dog and a cat, and we can discuss pet-care arrangements depending on the type and timing of the exchange. My husband is very handy and can usually take care of minor household repairs if something unexpected happens while we are staying in another family’s home. We are respectful guests and will treat your home with the same care we expect for ours.

Mercedes

We are a family of five living in Bothell, a quiet suburb outside Seattle, Washington. I am originally from Argentina, and my husband is originally from Cuba, so our home is bilingual and multicultural. We have three children—two boys and a young daughter—as well as a friendly dog and a cat. Our home has three bedrooms, including one bedroom with two beds, making it comfortable for families with children. We also have a balcony with a lovely view, a washer and dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable family stay. Bothell offers a peaceful suburban setting while still being within easy reach of Seattle, lakes, parks, hiking areas, and many of the attractions of the Pacific Northwest. My husband is very handy and can usually take care of minor household repairs if something unexpected comes up during an exchange. We love traveling, spending time near the beach, exploring new places, trying local food, and giving our children opportunities to experience different cultures and practice Spanish. We especially enjoy family-friendly destinations with outdoor activities, swimming, water sports, nature, and places where children can feel at home. We are respectful, responsible, and careful with other people’s homes. We understand how important it is to treat a home with the same care we would want for our own. We are open to both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges and are especially interested in longer summer stays.
