General Overview

My home is within walking distance of the beautiful little town of Greencastle PA close to playgrounds and ballfields as well as grocery stores, coffee shops, and the local library. Hagerstown Maryland is just 15 minutes away and Frederick Maryland and Winchester VA are 45 minutes away. Access to the Appalachian Trail in either Chambersburg or Waynesboro PA. Many state parks are available as well for hiking, fishing or just relaxing. Lots of history at Antietam Battlefield. Shepherdstown WV is a very nice college town also 45 minutes away.

The Space

Three bedroom, one bathroom ranch-style home with finished basement area that could be used as another bedroom. Attached garage is available for use. Quiet neighborhood just outside of town. I have two cats that are very friendly.

One floor, enter via front, back doors or garage.

Notes

Close to Whitetail Ski resort as well as the C&O Canal (near the Potomac River) for biking, boating or fishing. Caledonia State Park has a pool and Cowan's Gap State Park has a beautiful lake for fishing, swimming, or canoeing. All within a 30 minute drive.
