Welcome to our cozy Pacific Ocean retreat near Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT). Wake up to catch Japan's breathtaking first sunrise right from the easternmost coast! Experience an authentic Japanese lifestyle in our traditional Tatami room, comfortably sleeping 4-5 people for a true family vibe. We are perfectly located near the Tokyo Olympics surfing beach. After the beach, relax in a top-tier local Onsen with skin-beautifying minerals, and indulge in incredible, cheap sushi and seafood caught fresh from the Pacific daily.

The Space

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: The home features two distinct rooms. For your stay, you will be sleeping in our beautiful, traditional Tatami room. We will provide comfortable, authentic Japanese futons for you—it is a truly wonderful way to experience local Japanese culture! (Please note: The second bedroom currently does not have a bed set up. However, this gives you a fantastic extra room to use as a dedicated space to spread out your luggage, store your shopping, or simply enjoy as a quiet reading room during your stay). Private Amenities: Bathroom & Soaking Tub: You will have full access to a completely private bathroom, which features a dedicated deep soaking bathtub, absolutely perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. Fully Equipped Open-Concept Kitchen: A beautiful, open-plan kitchen with everything you need. The open design keeps the space feeling large and airy, making it a wonderful spot to cook or enjoy a quiet meal while staying connected with each other. Balcony: A private balcony to let in the fresh air and natural light. Kitchen: A truly unique and wonderful feature of this fully equipped, open-plan kitchen is the window positioned perfectly right by the stovetop. It offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the incredible scenery even while you are preparing your meals.

My home is located in a quiet, relaxing, and authentic coastal neighborhood in Chiba. It is the perfect place for those who want to escape the busy city crowds and enjoy fresh air, stunning ocean views, and a slower-paced local Japanese lifestyle.

Getting to my home

The best and easiest way to reach my home is by car, which takes about 50 minutes from Narita Airport (depending on traffic). Please note that there are no direct train routes, and taking public transportation requires multiple transfers. For a smooth and comfortable arrival, I highly recommend renting a car!

Getting Around

While a car is highly recommended for traveling from the airport or taking day trips to Tokyo, exploring our immediate neighborhood is a wonderful experience! You can easily rent bicycles locally to get around. A short bike ride will take you to local restaurants, supermarkets, and fantastic fresh seafood shops. For relaxation, there are also authentic hot springs (onsen) and beautiful swimming beach nearby!
