General Overview

This home is manicured with a perfect yard, pool, garden, sunset deck, grill, mango trees, avocado trees, orange trees. There are 2 cats that are on an auto-feeder and come and go through a cat door in the garage. They are super friendly and love everyone. The place has a master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms (Queen Beds), 2 baths. Two rooms have private entrances. It's about 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego and up on a hill in Spring Valley on a private cul de sac with a nice view of downtown, the ocean and Point Loma. Everything you need is here with full kitchen, outdoor living areas, sunset deck, bikes, garage, and all WIFI and kitchenware you could hope for. It's ready to go and so am I!
