General Overview

Our house is a comfortable, classic American family home with four bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms in a wonderful, friendly community just outside Chattanooga. It's the kind of place where you can have coffee on the back deck while listening to the birds, then be downtown 10 minutes later for lunch or an afternoon by the river. One of our favorite things about living here is the access to nature. Across the street is a large soccer and lacrosse field, so the view from the front of the house feels wonderfully open. Out the back, the woods begin almost immediately and connect to more than 50 miles of trails for walking, running, or mountain biking. It's one of those places where you can leave the house on foot and disappear into the forest for a few hours.
