Welcome to my cosy and comfortable home in the heart of Carnegie, one of Melbourne's most vibrant and convenient suburbs.
My apartment is a bright two-bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, modern bathroom and a private balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring Melbourne. Located just a short walk from Carnegie Train Station and the bustling Koornang Road shopping precinct, you'll have everything you need right on your doorstep while enjoying a relaxed local neighbourhood.
The Space
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and private balcony if a full exchange to occur. If a hospitality exchange, only 1 bedroom for up to two guest will be available.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals, while the lounge is a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Melbourne. The balcony is a lovely spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.
I also share my home with my friendly cat, Shadow. Depending on the timing of your stay, Shadow may be staying with family or may remain at home, in which case I'd be looking for guests who are happy to feed him and give him a little attention.

Getting to my home
Melbourne Airport is the closest airport.
From the airport, you can take the SkyBus to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne's CBD. From there, catch a train on the Cranbourne or Pakenham line to Carnegie Station. The apartment is just a short walk from the station.
Alternatively, the apartment is approximately a 45-minute drive or Uber from Melbourne Airport, depending on traffic.

Getting Around
Getting around Melbourne is easy from my apartment.
Carnegie Train Station is only a few minutes' walk away and provides direct access to Melbourne's CBD in around 20–25 minutes. Several bus routes also service the area.

Georgia
Hi! I'm Georgia, a 33-year-old professional from Melbourne, Australia, who loves travelling and experiencing destinations like a local.
I work in financial planning and take great pride in being respectful, organised and reliable. At home I'm fairly relaxed, I enjoy good coffee, cooking, beach walks, exploring local areas and discovering great local food. I also have a very friendly cat named Shadow, who is a big part of my home.
I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. I'm clean, tidy, a non-smoker and appreciate quiet, comfortable spaces. I believe home exchanging is built on trust and creating wonderful experiences for everyone involved.
My home is primarily available for hospitality exchanges between now and October, although I'm always happy to chat and see whether a reciprocal or non-reciprocal exchange could work.
From October to December, I'll be travelling through Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mexico and Los Angeles, so my home may be rented during that period. I'm always open to discovering new destinations, so if you think we'd be a good match, I'd love to hear from you!
Looking forward to connecting with fellow travellers from around the world.
