Neighbourhood

The house is located in the Robien eco-district, 5 minutes walk from the TGV station and 15 minutes walk from the city center.

In the area you will find all the necessary shops: a large Biocoop supermarket with the sale of artisanal bread and cheese by the cut, a butcher's shop, a pharmacy, a cinema, a café-bookshop, an aquatic centre with a slide...

In the town centre you will find the market twice a week, a shopping centre, pedestrian and shopping streets.

The beautiful Rosaires beach is a 10-minute drive away, or accessible by bus in the summer.
The nature reserve of the bay of Saint-Brieuc is a stone's throw away, you can walk on the customs path and observe migratory birds... There are also many bike lanes.

To the west, Paimpol is 35min away by car (or bus) and the beautiful pink granite coast is 1 hour away by car.
To the east, the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André is 30 minutes away by car (or bus) and Saint-Malo is 1 hour away by car.
To the south, the small town of Quintin is 20 minutes away by car (or bus) and Rennes is 1 hour by car (or train).

In the surrounding area you will also find the De Trégomeur Zoological and Plant Park, forests, castles, lakes, rivers...
