General Overview

Breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. Our home backs to water with the front and and back range framed by gorgeous sunsets. Small town Loveland is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, just 45 minutes away. Adventure awaits, with biking, boating, hiking all around. Renowned breweries and even a riverside winery are close by. Ft. Collins, a "best town" in America is just up the road. So much to choose from...adventure to relaxation can all be found here!

The Space

We have made our bottom walkout floor available. Two bedrooms that sleep 4 with your own private bathroom and patio. Of course, our main floor kitchen and dining is open too.

Guest Access

2 floors with entry on the main floor to the lower walkout basement area.

Notes

Access to the main floor master bedroom and offices, as well as the basement storage areas will be locked while we are not present. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed.

Neighbourhood

Small neighborhood with homes backing to a natural area. Access to the lake is by walking to the neighborhood path and by driving to the parking area.

Getting to my home

Primary access is through Denver, heading north up I25 to Loveland. We are in the southwest corner.

Nearest airport

Denver International Airport is 1 hour 15 minutes. Traffic of course is a factor.

Getting Around

Loveland is just a 10 minute drive away. Other front range towns are between 20-30 minutes by car. Denver and Cheyenne are an hour away. If you are heading into the mountains, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are 45 minutes. https://www.nps.gov/romo/index.htm
