General Overview

Our home is a light filled spacious apartment in the delightful laid back suburb of Malabar. It is just 5 minutes walk to an ocean pool, beach and golf course. The apartment is the ground floor and half the first storey of a house. The master bedroom with king sized bed is upstairs and includes a walk in robe and separate bathroom. There are sliding doors on to a small balcony overlooking the back garden. The downstairs bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a desk with a chair. There is a small TV room with sliding doors to the front balcony. The kitchen the usual appliances and equipment including a dishwasher. The dining area has an extendable dining table with seating for 6-8 people and has floor to ceiling sliding doors to the back patio.
