General Overview

Welcome to our historic multifamily home in New Orleans, just steps from the streetcar line for easy, car-free exploring of the city. Set on a lovely tree-lined street, our home blends classic architectural charm, tall windows, wide porch, and decorative (non-working) fireplaces, with everyday comforts. A private courtyard offers a shady spot to relax, and on-site laundry makes your stay a breeze.

The Space

Inside you'll find sun-filled living areas with original details and charming mantels throughout, comfortable bedrooms with hardwood floors, and a bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub. There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed, one with a queen, and our children's room which has two twin floor beds. Our kitchen has a stove, oven, coffee maker, slow cooker, and rice cooker. Please note, we are a microwave free home. Out back, our courtyard is a fun spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Notes

While our home is smoke-free and pet-free, there are cats and dogs nearby, so if you are allergic please keep that in mind.

Our home is in Uptown New Orleans, one of the city's most beloved and walkable neighborhoods. You're just steps from the streetcar line and an easy stroll to Oak Street, known for its lively mix of shops, cafes, and some of the city's most famous restaurants. Two grocery stores, a neighborhood park, and a public library are all within walking distance, making it simple to settle in and live like a local. Hop on the streetcar for a quick 15-minute ride to the world-famous Audubon Park, with its towering oaks, walking paths, and golf course, or ride it all the way to soak up the music, history, and energy of the French Quarter. Uptown's tree-lined streets and historic charm make it a wonderful home base for exploring everything New Orleans has to offer.
