Situated in a residential community with a splash park, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, beach volleyball, kayak rentals on the lake, fire pit & more. The pristine beach in Ponte Vedra is an easy 15 min drive with free parking. Jacksonville is 20 minutes away. This one-story, modern farm-style home was built in 2020 and the brand new pool, 11 person jacuzzi and gas fire pit were installed in May 2023. It is complete with all luxury appliances and conveniences. The decor is mid-century modern and thoughtfully deigned and there are wood floors throughout the home. 

As you walk in to the wide entry and foyer you can instantly see the lush, green, forest views. At sunset you can see beautiful sunset views of the community lighthouse from the foyer. 
The large primary suite has views of the sparkling pool and jacuzzi with the backdrop of the forest behind it. A king-size bed with luxury mattress faces a 65" television and electric fireplace. 

There are 4 separate wings/locations for bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms on one side are set up as children's bedrooms and each feature a full-size bed and twin-size trundle beds. Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen television and ceiling fans. There is a bathroom adjacent to these 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom with double sinks, quartz countertops, shower/tub.

On the other side of the house is the media suite which has a 55" flat screen, playstation 4, karaoke machine, a King-size bed with it's own full bath including a tub & shower & quartz countertop, 2 closets. The windows overlook the pool and forest.

The backyard oasis is private with a wooded forest behind and privacy fencing on both sides. The brand new lighted pool is sparking and the jacuzzi seats 11 people. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for your convenience. There is a gas fire pit and outdoor luxe cushioned seating for 7-8 people, plus 2 cushioned lounge chairs for sun-bathing. There is a table and bench which seats an additional 8. The bird feeder attracts when in season: bright red cardinals, blue birds, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and butterflies often fly across the yard. We sometimes see a bunny that comes up to our fence and have seen raccoons, armadillos, bobcats & squirrels. We have heard monkeys in the forest and they are in our area, but we have not yet seen them, maybe you will!

There is a 3-car garage has electric car charging and is partially used as entertainment with a basketball hoop/game, kids game table, golf game, as well as some exercise equipment including free weight, bench, stationary bike, treadmill, etc. Adult bikes and 2 kids bikes & scooters. The driveway has plenty of space for parking. 

The house is in a luxury residential community that offers additional amenities on the lake (short bike ride there) such as a splash park with Jr. Olympic pool, fire pits, full gym, yoga room, kayak rentals (check schedule availability with the clubhouse), tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, sand volleyball, 2 full kids parks.

It's hard not to enjoy every day in Saint Augustine, with so much to do around town. Uber and Lyft are available in our area.

Wander around the local area where locals enjoy the cafes, many restaurants, Starbucks, all within a 4 min drive or a short walk. 

The house is in a luxury, quiet & friendly residential community in St. John's County in St Augustine, adjacent to Ponte Vedra. There are top-rated schools and it is a low crime area. It is beach adjacent being only a 15 minute drive to the public beach Mickler's landing in Ponte Vedra beach with mansions on the water. The new home community entrance is adorned with a lighthouse/ beacon and offers top if the line, award winning amenities on the lake (short bike ride there) such as a splash park with Jr. Olympic pool, fire pits, full gym, yoga room, kayak rentals (check schedule availability), tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, sand volleyball, 2 full kids parks. The community is within a short bike ride distance to the grocery store and nail salon, and more. There is Uber and Lyft generally available.

Our home is located in Saint Augustine, Florida USA. Founded in 1565, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the entire USA! JAX airport is the main airport (40 mins drive) Lots of day trips include: Disney World & Universal Studios is only a 2 hour drive! You can alternatively look at flights to Orlando Airport MCO as they may be cheaper than JAX. Savannah Georgia is about a 2 hour drive as well!

We are a mature married couple in our 40's with two adorable, well-behaved children (14 girl & 9 boy). My husband is a Software Engineer, Manager for a large tech company, and I do not work a traditional job, but I am a digital artist & developer and work on several projects. We also do volunteer work ! We love to travel! Our cat Honey is a bengal breed. She is so much fun and loves to play fetch. She is self-sufficient with a litter-box with its own closet by the garage. She sleeps in the garage at night. She has an automatic dry food feeder and water fountains. She is an indoor cat only. Bengals don't shed the way other cat breeds do, so you won't find that in our home. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! We have lived in many places such as Miami, Los Angeles, New York & Boston and this is our favorite place to live! We have been exchanging on other platforms for over 6 years and have consistent 5 star reviews. We love to host! We travel mostly during school breaks and holidays.
