Do you long for a summer in New York City? I have a homey studio apartment in a great building in Brooklyn which is perfect if you're looking for a low-key homebase or a true Brooklyn experience. The space: • Full-size bed + queen pull-out couch • Central AC • Walk-in closet • In-unit washer/dryer • Full bathroom with shower and tub • Large south-facing window with great light Building amenities: • Pool, gym, lounge, and deck with BBQ grills • Doormen + package room Getting around: • 10-minute walk to the subway • Under 30 minutes to Lower Manhattan • ~30 minutes to Prospect Park The neighborhood: So many cute local spots nearby! My favorites include Liz's Book Bar (bookstore/cafe/bar) and F&F Pizzeria (best pizza in the city, in my opinion), plus plenty of other bars and cafes. The bonus: If we swap, I'll happily share everything I've learned from my 11 years in NYC (tourist tips and local gems) including three Google Maps lists covering 400+ places I'm a regular at, would happily revisit, and have been wanting to try.
