Our home has 2 floors with an internal elevator.

Notes

We prefer reciprocal exchanges but will, from time to time, accept points. Feel free to inquire even if you  don’t see your dates open on our calendar.

For points, our minimum exchange is 5 days.

Please note:  
*The actual Home Exchange Member, MUST BE staying here on premises the entire time our home is occupied.  We do not accept exchange requests for "others" to use our home regardless of the situation.  
*This is our permanent home.  We live in a quiet, residential community so no drama, loud noise/music or late night parties.
*No smoking in the house but if necessary, only outside. 
*No pets.
