We love how peaceful and tropical our home feels while still being a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything in Sámara. The private courtyard and pool (as well as access to a larger HOA pool) create a relaxing indoor-outdoor lifestyle, and the teak ceilings add warmth and charm throughout the space. Located in a quiet gated community with shared amenities, it’s the perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and convenience in Costa Rica.
