Hospitality Description: I am open to hospitality exchanges when schedules align. Guests may have access to the full studio or a dedicated sleeping area, depending on timing and availability. I'm happy to share local recommendations for restaurants, museums, parks, family activities, photography locations, and hidden gems throughout New York City. Flexible arrangements may be available for short stays, longer stays, creative residencies, and remote workers looking for a comfortable live/work environment.
**My availability for exchange is flexible please inquire with your desired dates**
Welcome to our bright live/work studio in a luxury Manhattan high rise. At approximately 450 to 500 square feet, the space is thoughtfully designed to feel open, comfortable, and functional. Two large floor to ceiling windows fill the studio with beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day and offer incredible views stretching across the city toward Brooklyn.
The studio has been carefully arranged to support both comfortable living and productive remote work. Sleeping accommodations include a comfortable full size mattress as well as a full size lounge sleeper area with cushions and pillows, making the space ideal for solo travelers, couples, small families, and digital nomads. A two seat dining table accommodates meals or work sessions, with additional folding chairs available for guests. An in unit washer and dryer provides added convenience for both short and extended stays, and a full length mirror is available for getting ready before a day in the city.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee supplies, and everyday essentials. The contemporary bathroom features premium finishes, generous storage, a large vanity, and an oversized soaking tub perfect for relaxing after a day exploring New York.
As an Art Director and Photographer, I have incorporated a simple creative workspace into the studio. The space includes seamless paper backdrops and basic photography equipment, making it well suited for content creators, bloggers, entrepreneurs, photographers, and other creative professionals seeking an inspiring work environment while traveling.
Sharing the home is our friendly Lionhead rabbit, who is gentle, social, and wonderful with adults and children. Guests who enjoy animals often find him to be a fun and memorable part of the experience.
Located in Manhattan's Financial District, the apartment is within walking distance of the Seaport, Battery Park, Wall Street, the Brooklyn Bridge, waterfront parks, restaurants, and coffee shops. Multiple subway lines and ferry connections are just minutes away, providing quick access to Brooklyn, SoHo, Tribeca, Midtown, and the rest of New York City. Unlike many parts of Manhattan, the neighborhood becomes surprisingly quiet and peaceful in the evenings, making it easy to relax and recharge after a busy day.
The building offers elevator access, a 24 hour attended lobby and doorman, rooftop spaces with panoramic city views, resident lounges, fitness facilities, co working areas, and a children's playroom. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee overlooking the skyline, creating content, working remotely, or exploring the city, our home provides a comfortable and unique New York experience.
